Our story
A warm, pink corner of Coburg
(El)leke and Em(ma) have created a safe, beautiful and welcoming space — a place for vibrant and fresh food, generous portions, and somewhere to genuinely connect.
Located along the Merri Creek, Big Elma is the perfect drop-in after a walk through this gorgeous stretch of nature. Our courtyard is made for lingering — late summer sun, a good coffee, and the kind of lunch you don't rush.

Big Elma acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the lands and waterways in the area now known as Merri-bek, and pays respect to their Elders past, present, and emerging.
